~Clean, free of stains, pet hair, holes, odors & alterations...
~In very good to excellent condition...
~Current style, no more than a year or two old...
~Current season (spring/summer...fall/winter)...
~Shoes must be clean with little to no wear on soles/insoles...
~Clothing will hang for 90 days unless otherwise agreed upon...
